High-Impact Tutoring is designed to provide academic instruction that complements core learning. It involves several key elements to ensure its effectiveness. First, students receive a minimum of three tutoring sessions each week, allowing for frequent and focused support. The tutoring is conducted in small groups, maintaining a maximum tutor-to-student ratio of 1:3 to ensure that each student receives adequate attention and personalized instruction. 

Moreover, consistency is crucial; students are assigned a stable set of tutors for the entire year, fostering strong relationships and continuity in their learning experience. Finally, these tutoring sessions take place during the school day, designated specifically for this purpose, in addition to the core instruction, further integrating support into the students' daily educational routines.

 A Right to Read Initiative is an approved vendor within the Arkansas Literacy Tutoring Grant Program. This innovative program aims to support families by offering financial assistance for literacy tutoring services. Specifically, it will provide up to $500 to thousands of eligible families to help cover the costs of tutoring for students in kindergarten through third grade. The goal is to enhance literacy skills among young learners, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed in their early educational journey.
