We offer a range of assessment tests to determine a child’s current reading, writing, and math levels, as well as to identify their strengths and weaknesses. The assessments are followed by comprehensive recommendations based on the child’s age, reading level, and goals. Continual intervention is essential to build the necessary foundation and skill set to achieve these goals. While the assessments are typically conducted in person, remote assessments are also available.

We provide assessments for parents and teachers who are uncertain about a child's reading abilities, offering an overview and a recommended action plan to ensure students who need reading education intervention can succeed. Custom programs can be created to address specific areas of focus.

Our program utilizes  Texas Scottish Rite for Children's Take Flight, a comprehensive intervention designed for students with dyslexia and related reading disabilities. The interventions and therapies are grounded in the five pillars of reading: phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and fluency. Our instructional methods are based on diagnostic teaching, utilizing a direct, systematic, cumulative, and multisensory approach for both introduction and practice.

It is our goal to not only focus on the right education platform for your child, but we also provide guidance, parental resource books and tools that will aid your child in their journey. 

We have created an online shop with our favorite resource books, reading and writing tools and books.  We appreciate your support, as receive a small percentage of each sale. 

We meet with parents to prepare for meetings with school officials, teachers and counselors. We also are available to attend meetings in an advisory capacity.  It is our goal to help provide a bigger voice for both you and most importantly your child.
